THE JOB:
As a Senior Manager, Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), you will lead our 24/7/365 global security monitoring, intelligence, and incident response operations. This role is critical in protecting our people, assets, operations, and brand by ensuring world-class situational awareness and response capabilities.
You will also lead the evolution of our GSOC into a modern fusion center, integrating physical security, threat intelligence, business continuity, insider risk, and crisis management into a unified global function.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Direct all daily operations of the Global Security Operations Center, ensuring 24/7 situational awareness, threat monitoring, and incident response.
  • Serve as the senior operational lead for global security incidents, coordinating cross functional response and ensuring timely, accurate reporting to leadership. Partner with business continuity, legal, HR, IT security, and regional security teams to ensure unified response to critical events.
  • Lead and mentor GSOC analysts, supervisors, and technical staff; maintain a high performance culture focused on accuracy, efficiency, and sound judgment.
  • Lead the design and implementation of a future fusion center model that consolidates intelligence, investigations, insider threat, and crisis response functions. Oversee technology platforms and automation solutions.
  • Establish and enforce GSOC operational standards, SOPs, escalation protocols, and quality assurance programs.
  • Oversee future global alarm monitoring, travel risk management, executive protection support, and emergency communications.
  • Maintain and continuously improve incident management frameworks, communication protocols, and after action review processes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and products tailored to both executive leadership and operational teams.
  • Drive modernization initiatives such as AI assisted analytics, automation, and data fusion capabilities. Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure, resilient, and scalable GSOC infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks that demonstrate GSOC performance efficiency and risk reduction impact.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulations, privacy requirements, and internal policies.
  • Support executive protection, travel security, and major corporate events with intelligence and operational coordination.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Has a Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, National Security, Criminal Justice, International Studies, security management, emergency management, or equivalent field work experience
  • Preferred 5+ Years of prior relevant experience in investigative, security management, emergency management, intelligence analyst, or analytics intelligence tradecraft (or similar position)
  • Preferred 5+ Years of prior relevant experience in managing GSOC, intelligence, or fusion center operations
