About the hospital:
We are an appointment only small animal practice, all sick and wellness appointments are 30 minutes, consult/second opinion appointments are 60 minutes. Our team of highly skilled technicians, including 4 heavily experienced RVTs, will give you the freedom to practice with full support. The majority of our technicians have been with us for over 7 years.
Our hospital is equipped with:
  • Comprehensive in-house laboratory / Partnership with IDEXX Reference Laboratory
  • Digital radiology with imaging consultation availability
  • Mindray ultrasound machine and access to traveling veterinary ultrasound service
  • Dedicated surgical suite with isoflurane anesthesia, up to date monitoring equipment and electrocautery
  • Dental unit with two high speed handpieces, digital dental radiography for all patients in our dedicated dental suite

Hours are flexible Monday through Friday with at least one day off during the week and one Saturday a month.
We also work with nonprofits such as: Guiding Eyes for the Blind, Pitties and Purrs Rescue, Animal Allies Rescue Foundation, Saving Grace Animal Rescue, LovePaws Rescue, and the Baltimore Humane Society.
New graduates welcome! Join us for a unique mentorship opportunity that goes beyond hospital training. Our 12-month formal mentorship program includes tailored communication guidance, a well-rounded curriculum, and personalized support from a dedicated veterinarian mentor.
Compensation:
  • Base salary of $120,000 - $160,000
  • Production-based bonuses
  • Generous $25,000 signing bonus

Benefits include but not limited to:
