Job description

Project Manager (Operations & Strategic Initiatives)
Inspired by God's masterful care and working for His glory, Fortis is creating a legendary level of service for secure private travel. We value welcoming challenges, caring like a 5-star concierge, bringing truth, beauty, and goodness into our corner of God's world, setting the thermostat to joy, and believing we are just getting started.

Fortis is a rapidly growing concierge travel and security firm serving ultra-high-net-worth clients worldwide. Headquartered in Greenville, SC, with global offices in Hong Kong and India-and a new Fortis West office opening in Reno, Nevada (Mayberry Gardens)-our workplace culture fuels our client culture. Legendary service begins inside the building and extends to every interaction with our principals and partners.

The Project Manager turns strategic priorities into executed outcomes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operations, scale service delivery, and protect quality at speed. On any given day, you might stand up a new service line, refine a scheduling workflow, coordinate a multi-office rollout, or drive KPI visibility so leaders can make faster decisions. Individuals who thrive here enjoy collaborative, fast-changing environments, can be interrupted without losing the thread, maintain exceptional attention to detail, and find joy in delivering unparalleled service. This is an on-site role at our Global Headquarters in downtown Greenville by the Greenville Drive Stadium, with limited travel for key initiatives.

Day to day, you will own project delivery. You will align stakeholders across Operations, Security, Network, Finance, and Client Teams through crisp communication, surfacing issues early and facilitating timely decisions. You will make data visible by setting project KPIs and OKRs, building lightweight dashboards, and running a steady cadence of stand-ups, risk reviews, and readouts. You will standardize and scale what works by documenting processes and SOPs, closing loops, and capturing lessons learned into playbooks. You will improve systems by identifying bottlenecks, testing solutions, and implementing changes. Above all, you will steward relationships and resources-modeling Fortis values in every interaction and treating time and money like an owner.

This role is based in Greenville, SC, on-site at HQ near the Greenville Drive Stadium. Limited travel may be required as projects demand. As we scale, opportunities may also emerge with Fortis West in Reno, Nevada.

All positions are subject to a satisfactory background check. Prior convictions will not automatically disqualify a candidate and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Fortis is an equal opportunity employer.
