Senior Enterprise Project Manager (Business Analysis)
Position Overview
Lead complex enterprise technology initiatives that combine strategic project leadership with hands-on business analysis. This role partners with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to deliver high-impact projects while improving business processes, defining requirements, and driving successful implementation.
What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects from initiation through closure.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, communications, and resource coordination.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, executive status reports, and project documentation.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings to validate scope and deliverables.
  • Lead business analysis activities including requirements elicitation, process modeling, journey mapping, and documentation.
  • Define current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, data flows, and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with architecture, security, infrastructure, data, vendors, and agency stakeholders on solution planning.
  • Support user acceptance testing, cutover planning, change management, and post-launch adoption.
  • Produce project deliverables including charters, requirements documents, schedules, dashboards, process diagrams, and status reporting.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of project management experience managing moderate to high complexity projects
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis and process redesign
  • 5+ years managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-level initiatives
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and project governance skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable certification
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Strong schedule management and resource planning skills
  • Experience identifying, mapping, and re-engineering business processes
  • Integrated Master Schedule experience
  • Power BI and/or data dashboard experience
