Be Part Of A Dynamic Team
A leading global organization supporting advanced engineering and technical capabilities is seeking a Project Manager to help drive the execution of enterprise-wide development programs. This role supports a collaborative environment where cross-functional teams work together to deliver scalable programs, improve operational processes, and build technical capabilities across regions.
The successful candidate will partner with program leaders, engineering teams, HR, Finance, vendors, instructors, and regional stakeholders to ensure complex initiatives are planned, executed, and continuously improved.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Lead end-to-end project execution for global technical capability programs, ensuring milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies are effectively managed.
  • Build and maintain integrated project plans, action trackers, governance processes, and operational workflows.
  • Coordinate cohort planning activities including participant readiness, instructor coordination, logistics, communications, and delivery execution.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, vendors, and regional stakeholders to manage budgets, invoices, cost tracking, and operational activities.
  • Maintain accurate program data, dashboards, reporting, and documentation across enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions that improve program consistency and participant experience.

Are you an experienced Technical Program Project Manager ready to make an impact?
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management, program management, operations, learning program delivery, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and competing priorities.
  • Strong project management skills including planning, risk management, issue tracking, action management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience supporting budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, invoices, procurement activities, expense tracking, or cost management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical professionals, leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Forms, and Loop.
  • Experience developing processes, templates, operating procedures, or project controls.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, anticipate risks, and drive initiatives forward.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
  • Project management certification or formal project management training is a plus.
  • Experience supporting engineering, technical capability, or global learning programs is preferred.
