Global Process Owner (Source-to-Pay) Must be in Seattle Area | Hybrid schedule | Immediate Hire | $110-120 per hour

We are seeking a Global Process Owner (GPO) to lead governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of our global Source-to-Pay processes following a major ERP transformation. This role will drive process standardization, operational excellence, and adoption of best practices across the organization while maximizing the value of our ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities Process Leadership & Governance
  • Own and govern end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes globally.
  • Drive process standardization, compliance, and operational consistency across regions.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
  • Manage process exceptions and support governance decision-making.
Continuous Improvement
  • Lead initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, compliance, and user experience.
  • Maintain global process documentation and standards.
  • Evaluate process changes and assess business impacts.
  • Promote adoption of ERP best practices and standard functionality.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with business leaders, functional teams, and regional stakeholders.
  • Influence adoption of standardized processes and operating models.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on process strategy and performance.
  • Support change management and organizational readiness efforts.
Decision-Making & Change Leadership
  • Review and approve process enhancements and change requests.
  • Escalate strategic risks and decisions through governance channels.
  • Drive process maturity, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Experience owning and improving end-to-end Source-to-Pay, Procurement, or ERP-enabled business processes.
  • Strong understanding of process governance, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership in a global environment.
  • Experience supporting ERP platforms, ideally Oracle Fusion, SAP, or similar enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
