Overview and Responsibilities
  • The nature of the work is focused on thecompany's computer and telephony technology tools used to create, store,exchange, and use all forms of information.
  • Understanding and experience in one or moreHot Skill Technology (Java, .net, SAP, PeopleSoft).
  • Performs technical analytics related toadvanced data analysis, data mining, and source to target mapping.
  • Creates and maintains complex context processand system diagrams.
  • Work with remote groups such as vendors,other company facilities, and or departments to gather and document tacticalrequirements from the business.
  • Coordinate and communicate functionalrequirements of business unit and technical solutions with IT capabilityresources by designing and documenting advanced functional specs.
  • Conforms to standards, processes, andpolicies.
  • Applies global process standards to regionaltechnology solutions.
  • Works with systems personnel to implementdesign.
  • Participates in development of projectplan/timeline.
  • Provides input into project mgmt.
  • Communicates project status to mgmt and thebusiness.
  • Provides support and participates in changemanagement at department and end user level.
  • May create reports and consult on bestpractice configuration of systems.
  • May configure packaged solutions to uniqueand complex business requirements.
  • Oversees and performs complex testingactivities including construction of test plans/scripts including theexpected results and the validation of test results.
  • Communicate and document system changes tothe business.Translate system functionality into business relevantlanguage.
  • Leads and participates in SMEdiscussions.

Qualifications
  • Hot Skill (Java, .net, SAP,PeopleSoft).
  • Typically requires a Bachelors Degree andminimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience
  • Note:One of the followingalternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs;Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs.

Pay Rate: $60 - $50 per hour
