Job description

At Bose Corporation, we believe sound is the most powerful force on earth - and for over 60 years, we have been a company built on innovation, excellence, and independence. Privately owned, fiercely customer-focused, and driven by our values, we continue to lead industries and transform lives through sound.

Today, Bose Corporation is entering an exciting new era. Across multiple global Business Units and Global Functions, we are shaping the future of audio technology, automotive, luxury, and premium experiences. We invite you to join us in this transformation.

Job DescriptionWho we are looking for

The Procure to Pay (P2P) process is a highly complex, crossfunctional value stream spanning Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and Technology. It plays a critical role in cost control, compliance, supplier experience, working capital, and audit outcomes.

As global transaction volumes grow and ERP landscapes evolve, traditional, documentationdriven process design is no longer sufficient. Bose is establishing a dedicated Business Process Owner - Procure to Pay to provide endtoend accountability for the performance, design, and continuous transformation of the global P2P process. A defining aspect of this role is the applied use of AIenabled process mining to gain objective insight into process execution and to drive factbased, crossfunctional process reengineering.

This role is a key enabler of enterprise process transformation and ERP modernization initiatives, including the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring that process design and value realization are driven by business outcomes rather than system constraints.

What You'll Do

The Business Process Owner - Procure to Pay owns the global P2P process end to end, from demand identification through supplier payment. The role sets the process vision, operating model, performance metrics, and transformation roadmap, and serves as the single business authority for how P2P operates and evolves across the enterprise.

By leveraging process mining and process intelligence, the BPO drives continuous improvement, standardization, and scalability-ensuring that decisions related to process design, digital enablement, and ERP transformation are grounded in data, not functional silos or legacy behaviors.

What you will be responsible for

EndtoEnd Process Ownership

  • Own global P2P process standards, controls, and decision rights.
  • Establish governance to ensure consistent execution across regions, functions, and systems.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for P2P process performance.

Process Reengineering & Improvement

  • Lead endtoend P2P process redesign using AIenabled process mining.
  • Simplify workflows, reduce handoffs, and eliminate nonvalueadded activities.
  • Define futurestate designs and prioritized transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes.

Performance & Value Realization

  • Define and manage P2P KPIs, including cycle time, invoice accuracy, touchless processing, exception rates, and cost leakage.
  • Partner with Finance to quantify, validate, and track financial and riskrelated benefits.

ERP & Digital Alignment

  • Serve as the business owner for P2P requirements in ERP modernization initiatives (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
  • Ensure process design drives system decisions, aligned to cleancore and scalability principles.
  • Partner with IT, Automation, and Data teams to enable standardized, digitally enabled P2P workflows.

Change & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Drive adoption of redesigned processes through structured change management and communication.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across functions without direct authority.
What we value

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or Information Systems required.
  • 10+ years of experience in Procure to Pay, Finance Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Process Management.
  • Proven ownership of complex, crossfunctional, endtoend processes in a global environment.
  • Handson experience with process mining, process intelligence, or advanced analytics.
  • Track record leading largescale process transformation or ERPadjacent initiatives.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
