Overview:
Join Xerox as a Delivery Account Operations Associate IV, supporting customer locations throughout Kentucky through hands-on device deployment, technical support, inventory management, and customer service. This field-based role is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working independently, and enjoys combining technical and administrative responsibilities. You will travel frequently throughout Kentucky using a company-provided vehicle while supporting Xerox equipment and customer operations.

What You Will Do:
  • Install and configure devices onsite, including physical tagging, application settings, address books, network information, and related setup activities
  • Manage consumable inventory, initial supply orders, deliveries, and the loaner device pool
  • Provide end-user training and coordinate device installations with Sales, Delivery, IT, and other support teams
  • Deliver, pick up, relocate, and support Xerox devices, loaner equipment, desktop scanners, and related equipment at customer locations
  • Create required files and support tickets, perform break-fix activities, and maintain accurate administrative records

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete the required Motor Vehicle Record check
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and safely move Xerox multifunction devices using appropriate equipment
  • Ability to walk several miles per day and travel extensively throughout Kentucky, including driving approximately 2,000 to 2,500 miles per month
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, with strong administrative and organizational abilities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a customer-facing, field-based environment

  • Company-provided vehicle for required business travel throughout Kentucky
  • Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
