  • IdentifyĀ gaps between plan and performance, quantify business impact, and recommend actions to close those gaps.

3. Strategic Initiatives & Operational Efficiency

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives tied to revenue growth, productivity, retention, and efficiency.Ā
  • Design, pilot, measure, and scale new GTM motions such as ICP refinement, territory redesign, role specialization,Ā multi-product selling motions,Ā pipeline generation plays, renewal motions, or expansion motions.Ā
  • DefineĀ success metrics and recommend whether to scale, iterate, or sunset initiatives based on results.Ā
  • EvaluateĀ and deploy best-in-classĀ GTM tools and systems toĀ improveĀ productivityĀ and execution across the revenue engine.Ā Ā
  • IdentifyĀ sources ofĀ operational friction and partner with CRM, Data,Ā andĀ Enablement teams to design scalable solutions.Ā
