Collaboration often involves virtual meetings across time zones, facilitating workshops, and coordinating project milestones to ensure alignment with corporate goals. Strong communication and cultural awareness are essential, as the role requires influencing stakeholders with varying perspectives and operational challenges. This global interaction not only enhances the effectiveness of improvement initiatives but also helps build a network for sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
