Neurosciences Center Of Excellence Opportunity

AtlantiCare, in an exciting partnership with the Global Neurosciences Institute (GNI), is building a comprehensive Neurosciences Center of Excellence that will redefine neurological care across southern New Jersey. This is a grassroots opportunity - to join at the ground-floor of a service line in its formative stage, and to help design, develop and lead programs that will shape the future of neurosciences care in the region. Whether your passion is stroke and vascular neurology, epilepsy and clinical neurophysiology, neurocritical care, or general neurology, you'll have an extraordinary chance to innovate, collaborate and grow alongside a dedicated team.

What Makes This Role Exciting

  • Build a System of Care: You'll help design and integrate a broad neurology and neurosurgery continuum - inpatient & outpatient care, stroke systems, neuro-ICU, tele neurology … the full suite.
  • Flexible Practice Model: Blend inpatient, outpatient, and specialty focus according to your interests while helping define the future of care delivery across the region.
  • Leadership & Impact: Take ownership of program growth, quality initiatives, and innovation - your voice matters from Day 1.

General Neurology and Subspecialty Opportunities

  • General Neurology

LOCATION FLEXIBILITY: This position may be based in Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic City, Hammonton, Manahawkin, or Cape May, depending on the evolving strategy of our Neurosciences Service Line. As we build and expand our network of care, we are committed to aligning provider placement with community needs and program development. We welcome candidates who are open to being part of this dynamic growth and who value the opportunity to help shape where and how care is delivered.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
  • Fellowship training in one of the target subspecialties is highly desirable
