Job description

EPS Corporation is looking for Program Manager Serves as the single point of accountability, managing a global IT services workforce supporting U.S. Army Transportation Command (ARTRANS) C4ISR and distribution operations. The PM owns cost, schedule, quality, and staffing outcomes.Key Responsibilities Serve as primary interface with the KO and COR; direct all contractor personnel and set work schedules Develop and maintain the Task Order Management Plan, including org chart, staffing plan, subcontractor management plan, and recruiting/retention plan Deliver the Monthly Status and Cost Report and lead quarterly In-Process Reviews Own performance against the QASP, manage the Risk Register, and manage Phase I to Phase II transition/descoping execution Ensure staffing fill milestones: Key Personnel Accountable for prime and subcontractor quality, and Section 508 compliance Work Location: Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, with enterprise oversight of all CONUS/OCONUS sites
