ROLE SUMMARY

The Manager, Global Visual Merchandising will be responsible for delivering a consistent, premium visual merchandising strategy across Patrick Ta Beauty’s international retail footprint. This role will lead end‑to‑end creative development and execution for permanent and promotional merchandising solutions across global Sephora doors. The ideal candidate is both a creative problem solver and an expert project manager who thrives in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative, global environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Global Merchandising Strategy & Innovation
  • Develop and execute world‑class visual merchandising strategies that elevate Patrick Ta Beauty’s global in‑store presence across diverse markets.
  • Partner closely with international retail teams and global distributors to customize and scale brand experiences while maintaining global consistency.
  • Concept and adapt global merchandising toolkits for diverse retail formats, from gondolas and wall units to freestanding installations and new store openings.
Creative Execution & Project Management
  • Lead the full project lifecycle across global accountsβ€”from concept through design, development, prototyping, production, logistics, and final implementation.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to bring product stories to life at retail in compelling, culturally relevant ways.
  • Manage multiple global rollouts simultaneously, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and on‑brand delivery.
Retail Partner Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary visual merchandising contact for global retailer partners, regional teams, and distributors.
  • Attend retailer meetings to present VM concepts, gather feedback, and align on execution plans.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with external vendors, manufacturers, and installation teams across international regions.
Process, Guidelines & Tools
  • Develop and maintain scalable global VM guidelines, toolkits, and training documentation to ensure brand integrity across markets.
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies and process improvements to enhance speed, quality, and consistency across global rollouts.
  • Track merchandising effectiveness, gather qualitative feedback, and evolve strategies accordingly.
Budget & Vendor Management
  • Manage global VM budgets in partnership with the Finance and Operations teams.
  • Source and manage global vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality, cost‑efficiency, and delivery excellence.
  • Track POs, expenses, and reporting for all global VM programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising for a global or multi‑regional beauty brand; luxury or prestige beauty preferred.
  • Proven experience developing and executing global VM strategies with an understanding of cultural nuance, market‑specific formats, and localization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance creative vision and operational execution across time zones and teams.
  • Deep understanding of materials, manufacturing methods, and installation practices across multiple regions.
  • Excellent communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and presentation skills; experience working with global retailers a must.
  • Financial fluency with the ability to manage and report on budgets, timelines, and vendor deliverables.
  • Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and passionate about pushing creative boundaries while delivering retail excellence.

Salary Range Opportunity
  • The hiring range for this role is $100,000 - 118,000 USD
