Industrial Maintenance TechnicianJob Description
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all machines and equipment are in optimal working conditions to minimize and eliminate downtime. Your duties will include performing emergency repairs during production, as well as installing, removing, or modifying production machines and equipment. You will also be required to complete any work assignments as directed by management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair machines/equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
- Perform emergency repairs during production.
- Install, remove, or modify production machines and equipment.
- Follow management directives and complete all assigned tasks.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
- Experience in press maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with PLC systems.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and diagrams.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in stamping and press operations.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic line installation and maintenance.
- Understanding of schematics.
- Multi-craft experience in maintenance tasks.
