For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Global Total Rewards to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This leader will own the strategy, design, and governance of a global total rewards framework that supports growth, competitiveness, and employee engagement across the business.

The role will partner closely with executive leadership, HR, and business teams to ensure compensation, equity, bonus, and benefits programs are aligned to business objectives and market expectations.

It will also translate complex pay and benefits data into actionable recommendations that strengthen talent attraction, retention, and operational execution.

Location: Boston, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $240,000 – $285,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic design and evolution of global compensation programs to link performance and business objectives.
  • Architect global equity refresh strategies and bonus plans to maintain competitiveness in talent acquisition.
  • Manage annual compensation planning processes, ensuring governance and seamless execution across global business units.
  • Design and oversee comprehensive global benefits programs that enhance employee engagement.
  • Optimize vendor relationships for global benefits to ensure cost-efficiency and service excellence.

  • 10-12+ years of total rewards experience, focusing on global equity structures and executive compensation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with advanced data modeling expertise.
  • Experience with modern compensation and HR systems such as Workday Compensation and market-pricing tools.
  • Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and the capability to manage competing deadlines.
