Job Number: R0247130 Global Force Management Analyst The Opportunity: As a Global Force Management Analyst, you will bring experience in develop ing solutions to global crisis, contingency planning, and force management in support of Marine operations across the globe. You will apply analytical rigor to determining mission requirements informing the develop ment and sustainment of a crisis response capability in support of National Defense Strategy objectives. Work with leadership to identify and plan resources to timely allocate staff expertise and material at the strategic and operational level. E nga ge with exercise and training planners to integrate Marine force operations while coordinating with other DoW stakeholders to prioritize resource allocation. Work with our team to implement and manage a force develop ment and employment program to meet the nation's global needs. You Have: * Experience with Force Deployment Planning and Execution ( FDP & E ) * Experience with global force management at the component, Combatant Command, or Joint Staff level ensuring deployment plans align with Time Phased Force Deployment Data ( TPFDD ) * Experience with Global Synchronization Analysis Management Planning System ( GSAMPS ) * Experience with reviewing operational requirements for military forces, planning mission assurance requirements, conducting feasibility assessments ( FA ) , and develop ing sourcing recommendations
* Knowledge of DoW missions, functions, and interrelationships between the DoW, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and the interagency community to support the develop ment and implementation of command-wide policies , programs, procedures, and strategies for global force management
* Knowledge of USMC force posture, capabilities, and enablers in support of DoD resource allocation
* Top Secret clearance * Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: * Experience support Marine Forces South in operations
* Experience with Maven Smart Systems ( MSS ) * Experience with Automated Message Handling System ( AMHS ) * Knowledge of Joint Operations Planning and Execution Systems ( JOPES ) sof tware, Joint Combined Requirements Management ( JCRM ) , or Logbook system
* Master's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Top Secret clearance is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
