Global Force Manager

You Have:

• Experience supporting Global Force Management (GFM), force sourcing, force allocation, readiness, or operational planning activities within the Department of War

• Experience supporting Joint, Combatant Command, Service, or Space Force planning activities, including the Joint Planning Process (JPP), Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX), campaign planning, or contingency planning

• Experience integratingspace capabilitiesinto joint or combined operations, including support to geographic Combatant Commands

• Knowledge of GFM policies, processes, and authoritiesgoverning force assignment, allocation, apportionment, and employment

• Ability to analyze force requirements, readiness, and operational riskto develop recommendations supporting global force employment and synchronization

• Ability to coordinate and synchronize activitiesacross Combatant Commands, Military Services, Joint Staff, Space Force organizations, and interagency or allied partners

• Ability to prepare executive-level briefings, decision papers, and written productsto support senior military and civilian leaders

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience supporting theJoint Staff, a Combatant Command, or a Space Component Field Command

• Experience supportingU.S. Space Forceoperations, planning, or force presentation

• Experience coordinating withinteragency, allied, or coalition partners

• Experience using DoD operational planning, readiness, or force management systems and tools

• Knowledge ofGlobal Force Management Allocation Plan (GFMAP)processes and Joint force sourcing

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
