About The Role

The Global Account Executive will sell Employer of Record (EOR), Global Payroll, Global Contractors, and Contractor of Record solutions to Rippling customers. You will drive a high‑velocity sales cycle, work closely with SDRs, marketing, and account managers, and serve as an advisor on compliance, product configuration, and workflow for Global employees in over 180 countries.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with customers to understand challenges and guide product configuration and decision‑making.
  • Manage pipeline in Salesforce to ensure accurate revenue forecasting monthly and quarterly.
  • Close business and consistently achieve quota.
  • Become a product expert across Rippling’s platform and competitive landscape to deliver targeted demos.
  • Deliver tailored technical demos and custom solutions for Global products.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, solutions engineering, sales development, and compliance—to influence product development and provide market insights.
  • Manage the entire client engagement cycle from consultation through implementation and ongoing relationship management with Account Managers.
  • Run sales cycles from discovery and demo to close.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience, especially in B2B SaaS markets.
  • Experience carrying a $1M+ annual quota.
  • Top‑10% performer in previous sales organizations.
  • Previous experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or highly technical products.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Experience selling Employer of Record or Global Payroll is preferred but not required.
