Job description

Allianz Technology of America, Inc. seeks a Deputy Risk Officer to lead the implementation and regular performance of the annual risk management lifecycle. Responsible for the development and preparation of the quarterly risk committee material, including working with safeguarding and business teams across the organization for input and updates. Oversee and manage the risk catalogue for the organization, including working with business owners for regular updates, mitigation action planning, and reporting to the Risk Committee. Support the development of Key Risk Indicators for key areas of the business, including safeguarding and IT teams, and reporting to management of risk indicators and trends. Provide risk advisory support to the business and support to the Chief Risk Officer. Provide operational and strategic direction to the Risk Management department. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related, and 3 years of experience with implementing risk management programs in a consulting or in-house setting. Experience must include a minimum of: 3 years of experience utilizing input from risk sources to prepare communications for senior leadership; 3 years of experience with determining ideal risk sources, preparing communication, and presenting directly to senior leadership on recommendations; 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams; 3 years of experience working within a formalized Risk Management framework; 3 years of experience with leading project teams; and 2 years of experience with ServiceNow. Part-time telecommuting may be permitted.
