Machine Maintenance
Job Summary:
Members of the maintenance team will work to ensure machine safety and run time by completing preventative maintenance tasks on all types of equipment. Machine maintenance techs will be responsible for efficiently and accurately troubleshooting all forms of production equipment including PLC's, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Machine Maintenance technicians must be an independent and driven worker to complete the maintenance tasks as required. This role will also require working side by side with other technicians to accomplish larger scale tasks such as machine moving and set up. While each facility (Wood, Metal, and Glass production) have a dedicated maintenance team, teamwork and collaboration across facilities are key parts of the overall success of the Viewrail Team.
Position Requirements & Responsibilities: (These requirements are in addition to any and all Viewrail employment requirements and policies.)
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safe working environment at all times by use of LOTO and PPE
  • Maintain an accurate PM schedule and record service history for applicable equipment
  • Be present for all hours of production - overtime and weekend work as required
  • Practice good housekeeping to maintain a world class production facility
  • Take ownership of all forms of machinery to ensure peak efficiency
  • Work with production managers and supervisors to address machine improvements and efficiencies
  • On call as needed for emergency maintenance tasks
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
