About the Role

We are seeking a Front-End Software Engineer to build high-quality web and mobile experiences onsite in Alpharetta, Georgia. This role will focus on designing and delivering performant, accessible, and maintainable customer-facing applications using React, React Native, and TypeScript that integrate with our cloud-native platform.

You will work closely with Product, Backend Engineering, and Design to ship high-quality releases and iterate quickly on customer-facing features. The ideal candidate combines strong front-end fundamentals with pragmatic engineering judgment and experience using modern development workflows and tools, including AI-augmented coding assistants.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain customer-facing web and mobile applications using React and React Native.

  • Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested UI components with a focus on performance and accessibility.

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality user experiences across web, iOS, and Android.

  • Collaborate with backend engineers to design efficient APIs and data synchronization strategies using REST, GraphQL, or real-time transports.

  • Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context, Recoil, or similar technologies.

  • Optimize application experiences for performance, offline usage, and low-bandwidth scenarios where applicable.

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for builds, distribution, deployment, and automated testing.

  • Work with QA and Design to ensure comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

  • Use analytics and monitoring tools to measure performance, error rates, and user behavior.

  • Apply insights from application monitoring and analytics to improve application quality.

  • Follow security best practices and protect user data.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.

  • Proven experience building production web and mobile applications using React and React Native.

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, modern ES features, and component-driven UI development.

  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context, Recoil, or similar technologies.

  • Experience working with asynchronous data flows and API integrations.

  • Familiarity with native iOS and Android build processes, debugging, and performance tuning.

  • Experience contributing to or maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar technologies.

  • Practical knowledge of testing strategies, including unit tests, component tests, integration tests, and end-to-end test suites.

  • Experience with analytics and monitoring tools such as Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, Amplitude, or similar platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to accelerate development while maintaining high engineering standards.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
