Job description

Role: Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET AI Focused)
Location: Hoffman Estates, IL (Hybrid)
Duration: 3-6 months

Required Qualifications
  • Strong full-stack development experience (.NET C# + ReactJS)
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency with GitHub Copilot in enterprise development environments
  • Experience using AI tools for code optimization, debugging, and refactoring
  • Experience working within containerized environments (Kubernetes)
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead AI-assisted refactoring of .NET C# microservices
  • Develop and enhance ReactJS front-end components aligned with backend improvements
  • Leverage GitHub Copilot (advanced usage required) and Claude Code to accelerate development tasks
  • Evaluate AI-generated code for quality, security, and architectural alignment
  • Collaborate with QA (automation with AI) and DevOps/Infrastructure (Kubernetes, Kafka) resources
  • Conduct performance benchmarking and outcome validation
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve existing development workflows
  • Troubleshoot complex distributed system issues across services and infrastructure
