Job description

Role: GitHub Copilot Consultant / Coach
Experience: 10+ years
We are seeking a senior consulting professional to help establish and mature our GitHub Copilot Center of Excellence. This role will coach engineering teams, define best practices, guide responsible AI usage, and help integrate Copilot into existing SDLC, DevOps, and governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach CoE and engineering teams on GitHub Copilot adoption and usage
  • Define best practices, standards, and guardrails for AI-assisted development
  • Support rollout of new Copilot features and capabilities
  • Measure and report on productivity, quality, and adoption metrics
  • Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and IP policies
  • Act as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership
