Job description

Job Title- Senior GIS Support Analyst

Project Location โ€“ Brooklyn, NY(Fully onsite)

Duration- 12+ months contract

Visa- USC/ GCย 

Gas/Energy/Electric/Utilities/Oil industry experience is must by the client

Must be flexible from 9 AM up to 9 PM EST and weekend on a rotational base.

ย Assignment

  • Provide development and technical support (1st, 2nd or Tier 3 Level) to the Client ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system and applications.
  • Take up development for minor enhancements using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Javascript API, ASP .net (C#).
  • Support Client Landbase applications including new development and troubleshooting requests.
  • Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
  • System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
  • Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
  • Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc
  • Support hours shift: Be flexible from 9 AM up to 9 PM EST and weekend on a rotational base.

ย Required Skills/Experience

  • 5-10 years of experiences of administration, support, and development ArcGIS applications
  • 5-10 years of experiences in administrating and supporting ArcFM applications
  • Development and coding experiences using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Javascript API, .Net (C#).
  • Experiences in deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
  • System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
  • Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
  • Ability to Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc
  • Ability to understand requirements and support team and share best practices/lessons learnt.
  • Provide status of the tickets to the client SME.
  • Trouble shooting and problem resolution to issues reported by end users of the enterprise applications.
