SIGINT GEOSPATIAL ANALYST - SENIOR

Work Location: Falls Church / Dulles Virginia; onsite 3-4 days per week

Clearance: Must have a Top Secret with SCI eligibility

INCATech is in search of a SIGINT Geospatial Analyst, senior level to support a federal government customer in the following areas.The position involves supporting Inspectors with intercept data and cellular forensics. This includes exploiting multiple signal providers and platforms (cellular, IoT, connected devices) to map movement, identify illicit networks, and build holistic investigative narratives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, develop, and execute complex analytical methodologies and investigations by retrieving, compiling, and extrapolating multi-source intercept and communications data
  • Exploit digital forensics and extraction outputs from platforms like CellHawk, Cellebrite, and CELLEX to map suspect networks and timelines
  • Ingest and analyze telephony metadata, cellular records (CDRs/CSLI), and connected device telemetry to map target movements and identify locations of interest
  • Conduct Pattern of Life (PoL) analysis, target development, and anomaly detection to generate actionable investigative leads.
  • Synthesize multi-INT data (SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT) into interactive spatial dashboards, link charts, tables, and formal investigative intelligence summaries
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to Postal Inspectors and LEA partners to expedite operational planning and criminal investigations
REQUIREMENTS Qualifications

Related Experience:

  • At least seven (7) years of experience conducting signals intelligence (SIGINT) analysis, telephony metadata exploitation, and geospatial data fusion
  • Proven track record of collaborating across multi-disciplinary intelligence teams to integrate SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT into broader analytical assessments
  • Demonstrated experience conducting Pattern of Life (PoL) analysis, target development, and anomaly detection
  • Experience supporting Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) investigations or military counter-threat operations with actionable intelligence leads
  • Strong proficiency in geospatial software (ArcGIS Pro, Online/Enterprise, GeoTime, SyncArena) for visualization and spatial pattern analysis
  • Familiarity with OSINT and commercially available information (CAI) platforms, such as Fivecast, ShadowDragon, etc.
  • Working knowledge of scripting languages (such as Python or SQL) to parse raw datasets, clean logs, and build on-the-fly data transformation scripts.
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical data into concise intelligence summaries, threat assessments, and visual briefing packages
  • Experience utilizing IC tools and repositories such as DX, Voltron, IDS, Pulse.
  • Experience utilizing LEA tools and repositories such as PLX, Gladiator, Flock, etc.
  • Ability to do extensive analytical research, and identify and leverage new data sets

Bachelorโ€™s degree in: Intelligence Studies, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.OR an additional six (6) years of specialized military or government intelligence experience

Preferred
  • Prior direct experience supporting federal law enforcement investigations (e.g., USPIS, HSI, DEA, FBI) or Joint Inter-Agency Task Forces.
  • Advanced geospatial automation skills using ArcPy, ArcGIS API for Python, or Jupyter Notebooks.
  • Experience with link analysis and entity-resolution software (e.g., IBM i2 Analystโ€™s Notebook, ArcGIS Knowledge Graph).
  • Foundational experience with Microsoft SharePoint development, list automation, or Power Platform workflows for team knowledge management and RFI tracking.
  • Experience supporting strategic decision-making within the IC or in Combatant Command environments
  • Ability to identify information gaps and develop requirements to answer priority intelligence requirements
  • Experience synthesizing Multi-INT data into products, including SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and OSINT
