Job description

Leidos has an exciting opportunity for an accomplished, growth and team-oriented executive to serve as Vice President / Division Manager (DM) in our Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA) in the Intelligence Sector in Columbia, MD. You will lead the SIGINT Solutions Division, a $220M plus organization with more than 300 Leidos employees plus subcontractor resources that delivers mission-critical engineering, software, cyber, and technology solutions to one of the nation's most important Intelligence Community customers. Our teams operate at the forefront of Mission Software, Security Engineering, AI/ML, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Offensive Cyber, Analytical Methods and Modeling, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Cryptographic Key Management

Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President/Business Area Manager, you will be accountable for strategy, growth, program execution, financial performance, customer relationships, and workforce development. The successful candidate will be a proven business and people leader who can deliver exceptional mission performance while positioning the organization for sustained growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the division's strategic, operational, financial, technical, and program performance, ensuring exceptional execution and mission outcomes.

  • Develop and execute a profitable growth strategy, partnering with Business Development and Capture teams to identify, shape, capture, and win new opportunities.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with current and prospective customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders, anticipating evolving mission priorities and needs.

  • Drive execution across a complex portfolio, including effective delivery against customer product backlogs, technology roadmaps, contract commitments, and financial objectives.

  • Build, engage, and retain a high-performing workforce and leadership team, developing technical and leadership talent to enable employee development and business growth.

  • Champion innovation and technology insertion, leveraging capabilities across CABA, the Intelligence Sector, and Leidos to advance customer missions and differentiate our solutions.

  • Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, inclusion, collaboration, and employee engagement while partnering across Leidos to achieve Business Area, Sector, and enterprise objectives.

Required Experience:

  • Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required.

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university

  • Experience: 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience, including demonstrated success leading large, complex technical teams and organizations.

  • Intelligence Community: 10+ years supporting the Intelligence Community and/or Department of Defense, with a deep understanding of customer missions, business processes, operational environments, and future needs.

  • Demonstrated experience leading a complex engineering, software, cyber, or technology organization, with accountability for workforce development, program performance, technical delivery, and customer relationships.

  • Proven success developing and executing growth strategies, collaborating with Business Development and Capture teams, and expanding business with existing customers and into adjacent markets.

  • Strong record of organizational and financial leadership, executive decision-making, customer engagement, and talent development, with the ability to build consensus, operate independently, motivate employees, and communicate effectively at all levels.

Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in an Engineering, Technology, Management, or Business discipline or a related field.

  • Executive leadership experience in a science and technology-oriented position with specific IC and National Security organizations

  • Significant experience leading large-scale software development, mission engineering, or technology programs on classified networks.

  • Deep mission knowledge and customer experience within SIGINT, CNO, cyber, mission software, AI/ML, analytics, or related Intelligence Community domains.

  • Experience managing a similar size division in large corporations or running a small business is highly applicable and desired
