- Guide the development of training materials and lead workshops to guide clients in their digital delivery implementations.
- Innovation and Strategy:
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in digital delivery and transportation infrastructure.
- Recommend and implement new tools and strategies to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the transportation engineering industry, digital delivery, and/or related fields.
- Experience working with DOTs or similar public-sector organizations is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in BIM, GIS, and digital project delivery tools and workflows.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives.
- Understanding of tools such as ORD, ArcGIS, FME, SharePoint, Autodesk, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience conducting training or workshops.
- Ability to analyze workflows and recommend actionable improvements.
