We are seeking an experienced Senior GIS / BIM Specialist – Asset Management to support GIS, BIM, and spatial data integration activities for a major airport asset management initiative. The role will focus on developing GIS asset layers, validating BIM models, conducting spatial data quality assurance, integrating GIS information with Enterprise Asset Management Systems, and supporting the foundation for digital twin capabilities.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Building Information Modelling (BIM), and spatial data management.
  • Experience developing and maintaining GIS asset layers.
  • Experience validating BIM models and associated asset information.
  • Experience performing spatial data quality assurance (QA).
  • Experience integrating GIS data with Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAMS) or similar enterprise platforms.
