Data Entry/Data Scrubber (Temporary) — | $18/hr | 12-Month Assignment


Overview

Join a fast-moving Resource & Compliance team supporting a critical Lead and Copper project focused on improving and validating water service line records. As a Temporary Data Scrubber, you’ll help reduce “unknown” and null pipe material entries by researching, reviewing, and updating service line information across internal systems and Excel tracking files. This is a hands-on, detail-heavy role where accuracy and strong computer skills directly impact reporting quality and compliance readiness.


Required Skills

  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excel skills (updating, organizing, and accurately maintaining tracking files)
  • High attention to detail and consistency when reviewing and entering data
  • Ability to follow written procedures (work is taught using an established SOP)
  • Research skills to locate property/build information when needed
  • Dependable and able to work scheduled hours on-site


Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience reviewing “as-built” documentation or construction/asset records
  • Familiarity with GIS-related tools (e.g., Geocortex)
  • Experience working in work order or asset management systems (e.g., INFOR modules)
  • Background in utilities, compliance, environmental projects, or data quality initiatives


Preferred Education and Experience
