Your Mission:

  • Install, maintain, and repair fuel dispensers, underground and aboveground storage tanks, piping systems, and related petroleum equipment.

  • Troubleshoot and service electrical and mechanical components of fuel systems, including sensors, leak detection, and monitoring systems.

  • Calibrate and test fuel dispensing systems and POS interfaces to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on fueling systems and report deficiencies.

  • Respond to emergency service calls and equipment failures to minimize downtime at customer sites.

  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations, including UST/AST requirements.

  • Maintain detailed service records, test results, inspection logs, and maintenance reports.

  • Interface professionally with customers, vendors, inspectors, and site personnel.

  • Adhere to and promote all company safety policies, including lockout/tagout, confined space, and hazardous material handling.

  • Stay current with industry standards, manufacturer training, and certifications.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Hands-on experience with fueling systems, including dispensers (Gilbarco, Wayne), submersible pumps, piping, and tank systems.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment, including circuit diagnostics and component replacement.

  • Background in servicing or installing POS systems, tank monitors (e.g., Veeder-Root), and interstitial monitoring systems.

  • Experience working with tools, test equipment, and diagnostic software used in fuel system servicing.

  • Prior work in field service environments, responding to on-site issues with minimal supervision.

  • Certifications or training such as Colorado QST Certification, Gilbarco Passport, Gilbarco Dispenser, Gasboy, FuelMaster, Verifone, Wayne Dispenser, ICC Service Tech Certifications, UST/AST operator certifications, or HAZWOPER.

  • Proven ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and installation drawings.

  • History of safe work practices, including work in hazardous locations and spill response.

  • Strong customer service skills, punctuality, and ability to work independently or as part of a service crew.

  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.

  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check. This position is classified as safety-sensitive, it requires the applicant to pass a comprehensive drug test, including screening for marijuana, as a condition of employment.

  • Driving Requirement: This position requires regular operation of a Company vehicle. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, possess a current, valid and unrestricted driver’s license, and have no DUI convictions or driver’s license suspensions or revocations within the past five (5) years. Employment is contingent upon verification of an acceptable motor vehicle record and meeting the Company’s automobile insurance eligibility requirements.
