Main purpose of the Gifting Clerk role:

This is a full-time role for a candidate who will be fulfilling orders for influencer gifting and helping with special projects assigned by the warehouse team.

The person in this role will work 40+ hours per week. Overtime will be assigned on an as needed basis. This position is temporary for the first 60 days. Upon successful completion of 60 days the position becomes a permanent addition to staff.


Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Order picking, packing, and sorting units

• Completing inventory orders for internal teams

• Gift Wrapping orders for influencer packages

• Returning units from influencers back into inventory

• Responding to incoming or outgoing emails

• Assisting with special projects


Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Organized with great attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written skills

• Able to collaborate in a fast-paced and changing environment


Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to communicate properly both in person and electronically

• 1+ years in e-commerce fulfillment or inventory management

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand and walk, bend, use hands to finger, handle or feel; required to talk and hear

• Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary

• Must be physically capable of working in conditions normally associated with a merchandise warehouse or distribution center, such as, but not limited to, warm and cold temperatures


Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish and English)

• Distribution Center/Warehouse experience

• Knowledge of apparel industry

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $17.50/hr to $17.50/hr.
