What You'll Do
  • Meet with residents to learn about their interests and identify personalized concierge services.
  • Coordinate and provide fee-based lifestyle services that enrich residents' daily lives.
  • Promote concierge services and develop creative ways to increase resident participation and billable hours.
  • Assist residents with personal shopping, errands, gift wrapping, organizing apartments, laundry assistance, companionship visits, dog walking, technology assistance, and other personalized services.
  • Coordinate requests with housekeeping, maintenance, dining, transportation, and other community departments.
  • Welcome residents, families, and guests while providing exceptional customer service at the front desk.
  • Answer phones, coordinate resident requests, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages.
  • Support special events and community activities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of concierge services and billable hours.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Touchmark's values and Gold Standards.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or qualified caregiver preferred; candidates interested in expanding into future home care services are preferred applicants.
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable promoting services and identifying opportunities to enhance residents' lifestyles
  • Experience in hospitality, concierge services, senior living, retail, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other basic computer applications
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
  • Genuine compassion for older adults and a passion for helping others
