ย Join our team as a Seasonal Retail Associate and help create a welcoming, memorable shopping experience for our resort guests. In this guest-facing role, you'll assist customers with purchases, maintain an organized and visually appealing retail space, and support daily gift shop operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer service, retail sales, and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.ย 

Position Details

What You'll Do
  • Provide friendly, attentive customer service to resort guests and assist with merchandise selectionย 
  • Operate a computerized POS system to process cash, credit, and other transactions accuratelyย 
  • Open and close registers, including verifying cash banks, balancing drawers, and completing end-of-shift proceduresย 
  • Maintain retail displays, including merchandising shop floors and window displaysย 
  • Receive, inspect, tag, and restock merchandiseย 
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with monthly inventory counts, and communicate reorder needsย 
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked (dusting, vacuuming, straightening displays)ย 
  • Gift wrap items and assist guests with purchases as neededย 
  • Support overall retail operations and complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or olderย 
  • Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred (not required)ย
