Store Associate
A Part-Time Läderach Store Associate is a brand ambassador, passionate about providing a wonderful shopping experience for Läderach customers. The ideal Store Associate is a chocolate-lover with vibrant energy and a welcoming personality who enjoys a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the shipment process. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
What you can expect
  • You will deliver an outstanding customer experience, as well as a similar environment for the inhouse team
  • You will ensure that production goals are met, including product-finishing projects
  • You will execute product sales and register duties, including shop and shelf care, gift packaging and in-shop order fulfillment
  • You will assist store sales goals through helpful recommendations
  • You will help to achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards
  • You will follow merchandising and food safety protocols
  • You will support store managers with visual merchandising set up and other store-related projects

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment, with increasing levels of responsibility

Physical Requirements:
