Our two gift shops are located in the heart of Historic Old Town Scottsdale, where we welcome visitors from around the world and locals alike. We take pride in offering exceptional service, unique gifts, and a warm, welcoming shopping experience.

The Role

As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of one of our busy gift shops. You’ll lead by example, foster a positive team culture, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. This is a full-time, on-site position in Scottsdale, AZ.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a customer-focused team
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain top sales talent
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and loss prevention
  • Achieve sales goals through strategic merchandising and strong leadership
  • Deliver a shopping experience that makes customers want to return again and again

What We’re Looking For
