Our two gift shops are located in the heart of Historic Old Town Scottsdale, where we welcome visitors from around the world and locals alike. The Role

As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of one of our busy gift shops. You’ll lead by example, foster a positive team culture, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. This is a full-time, on-site position in Scottsdale, AZ.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a customer-focused team
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain top sales talent
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and loss prevention
