Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of gift shop operations, including scheduling, inventory management, ordering, merchandising, cash handling, and team performance.

  • Lead, coach, train, and develop retail team members to deliver exceptional guest service.

  • Receive, organize, and manage incoming shipments and merchandise.

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and support loss prevention initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with all store security procedures and company policies.

  • Balance registers, reconcile daily sales, and prepare deposits.

  • Create attractive merchandise displays that maximize sales and enhance the guest experience.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable alcohol sales regulations and company standards.
