Job description

Allisonville Nursery by Sullivan, an upscale home boutique and garden center in Fishers, is searching for an assitant for our home decor and gift store merchandising team.

Duties:

  • Working with the Merchandiser to create stunning and effective store displays
  • Organization of product to be merchandised
  • Working with receiving team and store management to ensure products are merchandised quickly
  • Moving tables, fixtures, and product to optimize store flow and sales
  • Maintaining stock levels of home decor products
  • Welcoming guests in the store
  • Selling products in the home décor and gift store
  • Unpacking and tagging new items when needed

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with interior design trends
  • Have high energy
  • Be friendly and welcoming

Work Environment:

  • Primarily indoors, temperature fluctuates seasonally
  • Occasional outdoor work in all weather conditions
  • Fast paced and often dirty
  • Must be able to lift furniture items (with assistance when needed) and climb ladders
