Job description

What You'll Do
  • Create original artwork, patterns, graphics, and product concepts across multiple product categories.
  • Develop seasonal collections, mood boards, color palettes, and trend presentations.
  • Research fashion, lifestyle, retail, and consumer trends to inspire new product ideas.
  • Partner with Buying, Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, and Marketing teams to bring concepts to market.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork and design assets.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and quality standards.
  • Present concepts and incorporate feedback throughout the development process.
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in product design, graphic design, surface design, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing original creative work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of color, pattern, trend research, and commercial design principles.
  • Excellent creative, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to serving as a TPS brand ambassador.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with consumer products, giftware, home decor, apparel, accessories, stationery, or seasonal categories.
  • Surface pattern design experience.
  • Packaging design or branding experience.
  • Trend forecasting or trend research experience.
  • Experience with product development processes, vendor communication, or technical artwork.
