Work arrangement: Full-time, onsite
Status: Contingent upon contract award

Axyde Analytics, LLC is seeking an Alternate Program Manager for an anticipated U.S. Army Casualty Administrative Support Services contract supporting Army Human Resources Command at Fort Knox.

The Alternate Program Manager will coordinate daily execution and assume full Program Manager authority when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily staffing, assignments, workload and suspense management.

  • Supervise functional leads and support personnel.

  • Monitor case quality, deliverables, training and corrective actions.

  • Maintain staffing dashboards, risk registers and action-item trackers.

  • Support employee recruiting, onboarding and transition activities.

  • Ensure cross-training and continuity coverage.

  • Participate in Government meetings, briefings and performance reviews.

  • Act for the Program Manager during absences or contingencies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Three or more years supporting federal program or operations management.

  • Experience with military personnel administration, casualty services, survivor support or benefits administration preferred.

  • Familiarity with DCIPS, Salesforce, DTS, GFEBS or comparable Government systems is desirable.

  • Strong supervisory, analytical and communication skills.

Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain the required background investigation, Common Access Card and any position-specific security clearance.

This position is contingent upon contract award. Final duties, compensation, qualifications and start date will depend upon the resulting solicitation and award.
