What Exactly Is a Die Maker?
Think of it like building giant precision cookie cutters for cardboard boxes. Every box you see at grocery stores, retail stores, warehouses, and online deliveries started with custom tooling like the dies we build. As a Die Maker, you'll help manufacture the precision tooling companies across North America use every day.
What You'll Do
  • Read CAD drawings and manufacturing specifications
  • Assemble custom cutting dies using steel rule, rubber and wooden boards
  • Learn to safely operate precision tools and equipment
  • Work alongside experienced team members who will teach you the trade
  • Build high-quality tooling customers rely on every day
