Gia's has been a part of the O'Fallon, Illinois community since 2007. We use high-quality ingredients to stand out in the pizza industry. Description
The Shift Lead is an essential part of Gia's operations, responsible for leading by example and helping deliver an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
  • Operate register including credit and cash transactions
  • Pack and review to-go orders as needed
  • Ensure excellent customer service
  • Complete weekly paperwork alongside or in absence of General Manager

Qualifications
  • Must consent to and pass a pre-employment criminal background check
  • Must be willing to consent to random and for-a-cause drug testing
  • Prior serving experience
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have or be willing to obtain an alcohol license (beer only)
  • Prior restaurant experience is preferred
