Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) Analyste GIA senior qui jouera un role cle dans l'accompagnement des secteurs d'affaires et des equipes TI pour la conception, l'evolution et la mise en uvre des modeles d'acces aux systemes d'information. Cette personne participera activement a l'integration des applications a une solution de Gestion des Identites et des Acces (GIA) basee sur SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

Dans un environnement agile et collaboratif, vous contribuerez a renforcer la gouvernance des acces tout en assurant une experience optimale pour les utilisateurs et les parties prenantes.

Responsabilites

  • Accompagner les secteurs d'affaires et les equipes TI dans la definition des besoins en matiere de gestion des acces;

  • Concevoir, documenter et mettre en uvre les modeles d'acces pour les applications et systemes d'information;

  • Participer a l'integration des applications a la plateforme SailPoint ISC;

  • Analyser les roles, profils d'acces et processus d'approbation afin d'assurer une gestion securitaire et conforme des acces;

  • Contribuer a l'evolution des pratiques et des cadres de gouvernance des acces;

  • Collaborer avec les differentes parties prenantes afin d'assurer l'alignement entre les besoins operationnels, les exigences de securite et les objectifs d'affaires;

  • Participer aux ceremonies Agile/SAFe et contribuer aux activites de planification et d'amelioration continue;

  • Fournir des recommandations et agir a titre de conseiller(ere) aupres des equipes impliquees dans les initiatives GIA.

Qualifications

  • Plus de 8 annees d'experience pertinente en Gestion des Identites et des Acces (GIA) dans un role similaire;

  • Experience demontree avec des solutions de GIA, notamment SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC);

  • Bonne connaissance des outils de securite des acces privilegies (PAM);

  • Excellente comprehension des concepts et des cadres de gouvernance des acces;

  • Experience de travail dans des environnements Agile et SAFe.
