Schedule: 40 Hours/Week
Shift: 8-Hour Days (Mondayโ€“Friday)

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced GI Lab/Endoscopy RN for a busy acute care Endoscopy department. Candidate must have GI experience and be comfortable with moderate sedation, endoscopic procedures, and on-call responsibilities.

Unit Details:
โ€ข Endoscopy / GI Lab
โ€ข Average 3โ€“5 procedures daily plus emergency cases
โ€ข Cerner Surginet EMR
โ€ข Acute Care Setting

Common Procedures:
โ€ข EGD
โ€ข Colonoscopy
โ€ข ERCP
โ€ข MRCP
โ€ข Biopsies

Requirements:
โ€ข Active RN License
โ€ข BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required
โ€ข Minimum 2+ years of GI/Endoscopy experience required
โ€ข Moderate Sedation experience required
โ€ข Cerner experience preferred
โ€ข COVID Vaccination required

Schedule & Call:
โ€ข Mondayโ€“Friday, 8-hour shifts
โ€ข Start time varies based on first procedure
โ€ข One evening call shift per week (end of shift to 7:00 AM)
โ€ข One weekend call rotation per month (48 hours)
โ€ข Holiday call as needed

Additional Details:
โ€ข Float to PACU/ACU as needed
โ€ข Department-specific orientation provided (2โ€“3 days)
โ€ข Special scrubs provided by department
โ€ข RT, Pharmacy, and Hospitalist support available 24/7
