Team-oriented individual with strong attention to detail and initiative

1-2 years of experience in a clinic setting preferred

High School Diploma or GED preferred; Medical Assistant program completion ideal.

Current Medical Assistant Certification required.

Strong skills in patient care, phlebotomy, and accurate clinical documentation

Comfortable with medication administration and patient assessments under supervision

Ability to respond to patient needs both in-person and by phone.

What You Will Do:

Assist the physician in coordinating age-appropriate care for patients, under the supervision of the physician, clinic RN, or clinic manager.

Perform basic patient assessments including vital signs, height, weight, and history gathering.

Identify and communicate urgent concerns to the physician promptly.

Administer medications and treatments with 100% accuracy, following physician orders and clinic policy.

Perform phlebotomy and other clinical procedures in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Respond to patient-related phone calls, assess needs, document actions, and communicate with physicians.

Maintain accurate patient records and assist with clinical charge entries.

Support data management processes and other clinic operations as needed.
