Position Summary:

Main objective is to achieve long term business results while providing and executing solutions for day-to-day concerns. Responsible for all interactions between our customer(Large Franchise Groups and Operational Support teams for our Multi Unit Chains, as well as our internal supporting departments. Directs and responsible for the successful execution of customer projects and activities by leading and engaging with our internal teams to meet customer and company objectives through teamwork, knowledge, and professionalism.

Essential Functions:

  • Interacts frequently with external customers/Franchisee's/Regional Operations Support teams. Interactions should provide an exchange of information and problem solving techniques that represent GFS culture and business objectives. Leverage the value and expertise of GFS.

  • Builds long-term customer relationships while meeting short-term objectives.

  • Schedules and facilitates account reviews and develops action plans to ensure joint account objectives are being met.

  • Understands the customer's business and priorities

  • Develops account business plans to include customer and GFS objectives and implementation strategies, and promote the customers and GFS' stated values and positions, while selling/promoting the GFS brand throughout the customer's organization.

  • Establishes, develops and maintains positive customer and internal relationships to drive quality internal execution.

  • Leads and provides direction to internal customer teams responsible for administration, pricing, inventory planning, and inside sales.

  • Responsible for the success of new restaurant openings, including directing internal teams on account setup, routing needs, product needs, training & test orders, etc.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Written, verbal, organizational and communication skills as well as problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and be able to work independently or within a team environment.

  • Customer service and time management skills.

  • Ability to think creatively - Developing, designing, or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions.
