Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance and ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Duties:

- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and ordering supplies

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with DocuSign for document management
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Ability to handle phone systems professionally
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
