Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Work on in-house protein language models โ€” design, build, & test; you will be implementing your own ideas.
  • Work with the lab team to produce the best proteins possible.
  • Be deeply involved in implementation and theory.
  • Collaborate with the team on all of the above and more.
Qualifications
  • Strong background in machine learning and coding.
  • Proven track record of following through on complex projects โ€” machine learning and/or other.
  • Be an absolute code wizard.
  • Has led or initiated own projects and is comfortable in a fastโ€‘paced environment.
  • Strong math background; you will need to learn more math.
  • Will learn and adapt quickly โ€“ we are an earlyโ€‘stage startup and things will break; we want someone willing to roll their sleeves up and fix things.
  • Excited about what we do! We are highly missionโ€‘driven; if you donโ€™t care about making an impact we are not the right fit, and if you arenโ€™t willing to do everything it takes to change the world we are also not the right fit. This is perhaps the only nonโ€‘negotiable.
