Shipping & Receiving Coordinator – Day Shift

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI


About the Role

Kelly is partnering with Schunk Carbon Technology to seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for immediate direct hire. Join a dynamic 3-person team under the guidance of the Shipping Supervisor. This role focuses on the accuracy and efficiency of picking, packing, and processing both domestic and international shipments, as well as receiving a variety of materials, supplies, equipment, and returned goods. Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in shipping and certified forklift operation required
  • Ability to interpret and follow domestic and international shipping requirements and specifications
  • Proficiency in computer systems including SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail in cycle counts and inventory management
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn new procedures and concepts
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills


Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Prepare order availability lists and generate warehouse pick lists for domestic and international shipments
  • Accurately pick, pack, and check shipments for correct materials, packing, shipping method, and labeling
  • Process shipments using computer-based software
  • Complete shipment paperwork and coordinate carrier pickups
  • Receive and inspect all incoming materials, supplies, equipment, and returned goods against purchase orders or receiving papers
  • Routinely deliver materials to appropriate storage or production locations
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks, as needed
  • Pull materials for production, record inventory transactions in SAP, and deliver to designated areas
  • Prepare and conduct cycle counts, returning unused production materials to storage
  • Prepare outbound shipments (wrapping, banding, skidding)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
